COVID Policy

 COVID Policy

At SMIRC we understand the risks associated with COVID19 and holding events during these trying time.  To that end we have secured 5,200 sq feet of space while deciding to limit our attendance to 80 people.  This will allow for 12' between couples and keeps attendance at under 25% of our capacity limit in accordance with guidance for gyms and work out facilities (the closest category to what we do).


We also have several policies and rules in place.

  1. Those attending will have there temperature taken upon entrance with a touchless thermometer.  If you have a temp over 100.4 please stay home and get in touch with us and we can give you a refund rather than risk getting everyone sick.

  2. SMIRC will conduct itself in accordance with the MI State Guidelines for exercise, fitness and sport facilities and has chosen to cap our capacity to allow for at least 12' between all participants.

  3. In the event SMIRC has to be cancelled due to a sudden change in COVID regulations attendees will have 2 options available.  All tickets will be honored for when SMIRC can be rescheduled or a refund can be requested.

  4. Masks will be required.

  5. Social distancing from others in attendance will be required.
